THE BRIEF
A full backyard transformation on a corner lot, reworking the space to improve layout, usability, and overall finish. The project involved removing an existing detached garage and completely reimagining the property into a clean, functional outdoor environment.
Project Scope
Demolition of the existing two-car garage, full regrading of the yard, and construction of a new patio, fencing, and garden features. The project also included a custom-built shed with electrical service, new pathways, and integrated landscaping throughout.
Master Craftsmanship
Careful attention was given to grading, layout, and long-term performance of the space. From clean concrete work and precise fencing to the construction of the shed and integration of services, the project was executed with a focus on durability and a well-finished result.
Key Highlights
Large rear patio with stair access from the home, curved stamped concrete walkway, custom box garden, 200 feet of fencing, and a fully serviced shed with 60-amp service and future EV conduit. The space is finished with a pondless water feature and mature cedar planting for privacy.
